New Zealand Kapa O Pango

What a shame the NZRU wants the All Blacks to stop performing the Kapa O Pango haka. It's so much better than Ka Mate Ka Mate.

I complained for years that Ka Mate Ka Mate was getting old and stale. The new haka has much more energy and punch. Perhaps they could lose the throat-cutting gesture but IMO Kapa O Pango rocks.

I agree with you, in a term that KAPA O PANGO rocks, but I'm not sure that they have to find an other end. For a french, who discover the mahori culture, the throat-slitting is not , in my IMO, so disgustting as many people in France say. AB FOR LONG...

Smile Kapa O Pango

Hi, there.

Now that both Ka Mate and Kapa O Pango are being used, I must say it's a wonderful decission. I like both and having two to choose from adds a certain uncertainty that after 100 years of performing the same haka was somewhat needed.
